Amy – otherwise known as Blondie Bakes Cakes (see Amy’s Facebook page here) – originally is a self taught baker but has continued to broaden her knowledge by attending several workshops in the art of creating and decorating superb showcase cakes! Amy is based in Southampton and manages to fulfil her packed order book around her full time job.
Amy specialises in buttercream cakes, cupcakes and cupcake bouquets, and creates her masterpieces for all kinds of special occasions such as baby showers, gender reveal cakes, cake smashes, engagements and birthdays. Clients have many different flavours to choose from – which speaking from experience, is an extremely tough choice!
